The Beginning
Peda Pod was started in 2005 out of a desire to bring an environmentally friendly transport option to Australia. Starting out with four pods, five riders and a big bottle of water, Peda Pod has been growing strongly ever since. Born in a garage and beginning with only servicing special events, it soon became clear that we could make a really positive impact and provide viable and fun sustainable transport.

The Environment
The environment is a bit of a hot topic at the moment, but at Peda Pod our interest has been running deep for a long time. The business aims to foster a new inner city culture that creates a sustainable future. We would love to see the city streets full of bicycles and pods, people moving under their own steam or ours. Saving the planet and also fighting the obesity epidemic! Peda Pod gives everyone involved a warm fuzzy feeling, it is such a positive thing on so many levels.
